Craig Neeley, P.E., Principal
Craig Neeley has been involved in the engineering and surveying profession for over 29 years and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Utah, Washington, and Nevada. He serves as contract City Engineer for Grantsville, Utah, Hyrum, Utah, and West Wendover, Nevada. He also serves as Contract Consulting Engineer for Mountain Regional Water Special Service District which is Summit County's water development and supply division. His experience includes several municipal master plans, capital facilities plans, and impact and capacity fee studies. He is actively involved in municipal budgeting and fiscal planning activities.
Mr. Neeley has extensive experience in the field of water resources involving a variety of water resource development projects. His water resource experience also includes water transmission pipelines to 24" diameter, hydropower penstocks to 90" diameter, booster pumping stations to 6000 gpm and 500 psi, reinforced concrete tanks, and distribution systems. Mr. Neeley has worked for Surveying Associates, Inc., Orem, Utah, from 1981 to 1987; A/E Intra Group, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, from 1987 to 1989; Strata Consultants, Salt Lake City, Utah, from 1989 to 1990; Bingham Engineering, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, 1990 to 1997. He is presently a principal with the firm of AQUA Engineering, Inc., Bountiful, Utah.
