Robert Rousselle, P.E.
Mr. Rouselle has been with AQUA Engineering since November of 2010. He spent the previous 5 years working with Hunter Creek Engineering, in Reno, NV. His responsibilities as a Project Manager/Engineer included Site Design including geometry, grading, and utilities; 3D site modeling; plan preparation; hydrologic and hydraulic design and modeling; specifications and project manual preparation; existing site, utility, zoning, and permitting investigations; federal, state, and local permitting; client, sub-consultant, and agency coordination; engineering estimates preparation; easement preparation; and floodplain modeling. Prior to working for Hunter Creek, Mr. Rouselle attended the University of Wyoming where he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering. His studies included design of small earth dams, hydrology, gydraulics, retaining walls, water treatment, soil mechanics, civil engineering systems, geotechnical engineering, geometric design, geographic information systems, and PVC geomembranes.
