Shay Stark, Planner
Mr. Stark has over 15 years experience in municipal civil design including streets, trails, utilities, water and wastewater treatment facility planning and design, public works facilities, subdivisions, zoning and land use mapping, transit design, and power distribution design. His experience includes capital facility planning, finding funding for projects, project management from design through construction, creating design standards for municipalities and transit facilities. Prior to working for AQUA Mr. Stark worked for Bountiful City Power, Bountiful, Utah from 1988 to 1989; Metropolis Design, North Salt Lake, Utah, from 1993 to 1994; N.A.S.A., Idaho, Enduring Visions, Woburn, MA., 1991 to 1994; Rasmussen Drafting, Bountiful, Utah, from 1994 to 1997.
