AQUA has designed conventionally reinforced concrete potable water storage tanks from 50,000 gallons to 2-million gallons and a one-million gallon prestressed concrete tank with a wall height of 30-feet. We also converted a 1.5-million gallon reservoir for potable water use by lining it with an HDPE membrane and designed structural modifications to accept an aluminum geotruss cover. Our raw water storage experience includes open reservoirs up to 30 acre-feet and includes both clay and membrane liners.

West Wendover 1.5MG Potable Water Reservoir Retrofit Project
In its capacity as contract city and district engineer, AQUA has engineered and inspected the installation of many miles of distribution pipeline up to 16-inch diameter. This experience includes several bore and jack installations under interstate and state highways and railroads and directional bores under large diameter culverts. We have designed many pressure reducing stations and find that each client has different expectations with respect to materials, valve type, and piping configuration so we present these options to our clients and involve them in the design process to ensure their satisfaction with the finished product.
