Who We Are
AQUA Engineering (AQUA) is a civil engineering firm specializing in municipal engineering, water and wastewater treatment design, water resources and environmental services. We are located in Bountiful, Utah and since 1991 have provided quality engineering services to clients throughout Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, California and Hawaii.
Our clients include cities, counties, service districts, utilities, industrial and commercial entities. We work closely with the federal, local and regulatory agencies of each state to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Our projects are successful because we employ clear and concise communication through the entire engineering process. Most of our work is from repeat clients who recognize that our project efficiency gives them the greatest value for their investment. AQUA is well known for its reputation of providing experienced and effective services with maximum quality and minimum overhead.
AQUA’s principal engineers (Scott Rogers, Craig Neeley, Brad Rasmussen and Justin Logan) take a hands-on approach and oversee projects from initial planning and funding through final design and construction to ensure that our work is finished on time, within budget, and complies with the highest standards.
