Bradly
M. Rasmussen, P.E. – Principal Mr. Rasmussen has over 11 years experience in the design of wastewater treatment facilities, hydraulic structures, roadways, site grading, subdivision development, and earthworks. He has an extensive computer background, modeling water quality in water distribution systems, sewer system modeling, and computer programming. He has been involved in the design of several pump stations and wastewater treatment facility upgrades and expansions, both municipal and private. Mr. Rasmussen is working with regulators and industrial users of pre-treatment programs within various communities. He has been involved in the facility planning and discharge permit negotiations for numerous facilities. |

Craig
G. Neeley, P.E. – Principal Mr. Neeley has been involved in the engineering and surveying profession for over 22 years and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Utah and Washington. His experience includes the design and construction management of a variety of projects for municipalities, state and federal agencies, and private sector clients in several western states involving water resource and hydroelectric development and utilities design. Mr. Neeley has successfully completed land-use, culinary water system, and wastewater system master plans and performed hydraulic analysis on numerous pressure and gravity distribution and collection systems. He has designed spring and well development facilities, water storage facilities, water distribution systems, storm drainage collection systems and has completed hydrologic and hydraulic studies for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Salt Lake County, Utah. |

Justin
R. Logan , P.E. – Principal Mr. Logan has over 6 years experience in the engineering profession, during which he has been involved in a wide variety of engineering projects, but mostly membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment facilities. His responsibilities include facility planning, development of processes, plant configuration, process layout, construction drawing development, and construction management. He is also tasked with specifying, procuring, and expediting major owner furnished equipment. Before joining AQUA Engineering, Mr. Logan worked for two and a half years with Sunrise Engineering, Inc. in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The majority of this time involved the management and design of a five mile highway project, which included detailed geometric design, interchange design, ROW acquisition, and drainage design. |
