Deer Valley East Village Pioche PRV
The Pioche PRV vault regulates pressure between two zones of the Pioche neighborhood as the Deer Valley East Village system steps water down across the area’s elevation change. AQUA engineered the dual-output station to Utah Division of Drinking Water rule R309-500 and to Jordanelle Special Service District standards, coordinating the design so it integrated into the overall Pioche site construction documents prepared by the civil engineer of record.
AQUA carried the station from preliminary alignment evaluation through final design and UDDW Project Notification and Plan Approval, then supported developer-managed construction with preconstruction and progress coordination, targeted site inspections, and closeout to a UDDW Operating Permit. A post-construction warranty inspection confirmed the installation before acceptance by JSSD.
