L. Allen Rogers, P.E.  |  SKM Principal

Mr. Rogers, a principal engineer, has 20 years’ experience as a programmer and designer with extensive experience in electrical design, control systems, and Telemetry and SCADA applications. He has contributed to the design, programming, startup, and maintenance of numerous source water, water treatment, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment projects. His background spans many facets of SCADA systems, including work with a wide range of programmable logic controllers such as Allen Bradley, Control Microsystems, and Modicon. He has also utilized various operator interface platforms, including Allen Bradley, C‑More, and Maple, and is proficient with GE Fanuc iFix (Intellution) HMI software. In addition, Mr. Rogers has worked with multiple communication technologies including radio, Ethernet, serial, proprietary systems, and has supported several path studies involving both licensed and unlicensed radio systems.
