Mr. Frachetti is a Principal Engineer with 36 years of experience providing senior-level client leadership, project management, and technical expertise across nearly all facets of water and wastewater engineering. His experience spans master planning; collection system and lift station modeling and design; facilities planning and treatment process design; permitting; construction support; facility commissioning; performance evaluations; and energy efficiency audits. Mr. Frachetti’s strong commitment to client and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring seamless integration into the project workflow and alignment with project goals. He brings extensive experience in process modeling and design, technology and equipment selection, detailed engineering, hydraulic analysis, energy optimization, and construction engineering and management. In addition, Mr. Frachetti has significant experience delivering projects using alternative and integrated delivery methods, including design-build, CMAR, and performance-based contracting, enabling him to tailor solutions that balance risk, cost, and performance.
