Craig Matsuda, PE  |  Principal

Mr. Matsuda is a Principal Engineer with 15 years of project management and technical experience in water and wastewater engineering. His experience includes facilities planning and permitting; sanitary collection system and lift station modeling and design; water conveyance modeling and design; treatment facility design and construction; capacity and performance evaluations; rate studies; and support for State and Federal grant and loan funding programs. His technical strengths are rooted in hydraulics and process engineering, allowing him to develop practical, efficient solutions tailored to utility and regulatory requirements. As a Principal, his responsibilities include overall project management, facility evaluations, master and utility planning, preparation of engineering reports, process design and equipment layout, optimization of design efficiency, and the development of construction drawings and technical specifications for water and wastewater conveyance and treatment facilities.
