Deer Valley East Village Hail Peak Water System
The Hail Peak Water System extends potable service to the Hail Peak and Lot 19 areas at the upper reaches of the Deer Valley East Village development. AQUA designed the system’s 600,000-gallon storage tank, a pump station rated at roughly 200 gpm and 400 psi, and several thousand feet of transmission pipeline, and carried the work through Utah Division of Drinking Water permitting to a Permit to Construct.
The work required substantial system reconfiguration and close coordination with the Jordanelle Special Service District and the Division of Drinking Water. The storage tank was constructed first under the original authorization, with the pump station and transmission pipeline advancing as a separate construction effort. AQUA is providing construction-phase engineering across submittals, field engineering, testing, startup, and commissioning.
AQUA is carrying the system through record drawings, operations and maintenance documentation, regulatory closeout to a DDW Operating Permit, and turnover of the facilities to JSSD for ongoing operation.
