Deer Valley East Village Tank No. 2 Service Area PRV's
The Tank 2 service area sits above the Deer Valley East Village Phase 1 Village Core, where the system’s elevation change called for seven pressure reducing stations. Working from the system master plan, AQUA cut that to four vaults by placing PRVs inside pump stations and combining them as dual-output stations where the hydraulics allowed, reducing the number of structures to build and maintain.
AQUA further standardized the four vaults to three repeatable types, holding design and operational consistency across the service area. The stations were engineered to Utah Division of Drinking Water requirements and coordinated so the PRV designs integrated into the Mayflower Mountain Roads site construction documents prepared by the civil engineer of record.
AQUA carried the work through UDDW Project Notification and Plan Approval, supported developer-managed construction, and closed out to a UDDW Operating Permit, including a post-construction warranty inspection prior to acceptance by JSSD.
