Deer Valley East Village Tanks No. 4 and No. 5
Tanks No. 4 and No. 5 added storage to the Deer Valley East Village system on the Ventana parcel. Rather than design each tank from scratch, AQUA recertified its existing Tank No. 3 structural design for the two new tanks, issuing new structural drawings and specifications while reusing proven details to save design time and cost.
AQUA’s structural scope was coordinated with the civil and site design by others to deliver a complete package for the two buried, conventionally reinforced concrete tanks. Through construction, AQUA provided observation, submittal and RFI review, and verification of third-party structural inspections, then closed out with record drawings and an engineer’s certification of construction.
