Approximately 500 decatherms/day of renewable natural gas is produced and recovered from the enhanced micro hydrolysis and thermophilic anaerobic digester complex. The project is sized to process up to 750,000 gallons/day of dairy manure (from 6,300 cows), which will destroy over 70,000 lbs/day of volatile solids in the enhanced digestion process. Digested dairy manure is recovered and dewatered to 20% solids content for agricultural re-use onsite.
