Wastewater Treatment Plant (Type I/II Reuse)

Aqua has performed several tasks for Eagle Mountain City including design and CM to expand their WWTP from 1.2 to 2.4 MGD (currently under construction), the design and implementation of a new gravity sewer influent lift station (additional $2.0 M project currently under construction), design of a new 5 MGD capacity headworks facility (in preliminary design), and several facility reports that detail projected growth and demand of the sewer system, WWTP process expansion options, and effluent disposal. The City currently utilizes RIBs which are underperforming; our analysis discusses actions to restore RIB performance as well as expand effluent disposal options including additional RIBs, winter storage, and Type I/II reuse potential.
