Eric Sahm, PE  |  Principal

Mr. Sahm has 22 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment engineering, specializing in integrating innovative and proven technologies to create tailored facility designs. His expertise spans headworks, pump stations, biological and mechanical treatment, digesters, solids handling, and resource recovery systems. Eric has been instrumental in all phases of project development from preliminary process design and conceptual engineering through the preparation of engineering reports, technical proposals, and final design documentation. He has led multidisciplinary teams in producing bid and construction documents, including design drawings and technical specifications, while managing and coordinating the efforts of engineers, subconsultants, and drafting professionals. Mr. Sahm also provides construction support, including submittal reviews, site inspections, startup, and operator training, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to commissioning. His depth of experience and collaborative approach make him a trusted technical lead on complex municipal and industrial water infrastructure projects.
