Justin Logan, PE  |  Principal

With 27 years of professional experience, Mr. Logan provides senior leadership in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. He specializes in guiding clients through complex treatment challenges by developing effective, reliable, and cost-conscious solutions tailored to their operational and regulatory needs. Over the course of his career, Mr. Logan has contributed to the successful delivery of more than 50 treatment facilities, providing him with extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of treatment processes, technologies, and equipment. As Principal, his responsibilities include leading master planning efforts, conducting comprehensive facility evaluations, and overseeing process development from conceptual design through final construction documents. He plays a key role in establishing plant layouts and configurations, optimizing design efficiency, and ensuring constructability and long-term operability. His experience spans all project phases, and his leadership ensures that technical quality, regulatory compliance, and client objectives are consistently achieved.
