The OES project is an anaerobic digestion project that utilizes liquid food waste from various producers. This waste is diverted from landfills, from land application sites, and composting sites. The waste is prepared off-site and brought in as a slurry. In addition, there is also a grease trap reception company onsite that discharges wastes from their grease separation process.
