AQUA was contracted to provided engineering services to the District for a 2019 Solids Disposal Study. Two alternatives were evaluated to assist the District with determining the best biosolids treatment method for the future. Evaluation of the addition of primary clarifiers and the evaluation of Class B alternatives and hauling sludge to disposal.
