Asset Management | 40 kW Solar Photovoltaic System

AQUA Engineering oversaw a 40kW self-ballasted, grid-tied, solar photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the Public Works Facility in September 2010. The project was funded through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) from the Utah Department of Natural Resources, Utah State Energy Program (USEP). AQUA assisted Hyrum City in the grant application process, completed structural calculations for the Public Works Facility, and generated contract documents and specifications. AQUA served as project manager for installation and provided necessary documentation and reporting to the USEP.
