​Government Complex and Pueblo Boulevard Storm Drainage Analysis and Design
AQUA provided storm water analysis and design for a large undeveloped parcel bounded by I-80 and Wendover Boulevard. Hydraulic analysis was performed on several large natural drainage channels running through the parcel along with analysis of post development site runoff. Drainage was rerouted to allow construction of the new street and government complex. The project included a combination of channelized flow and buried storm drain lines. The project also included mitigation in the form of debris control, and drop structures. Retention basins were also designed as part of the project to be constructed as future development on the site occurs.
