This project included the installation of approximately 1400 feet of 10-inch C-900 and 1350 feet of 8 inch C-900 PVC water line. Several residential service laterals, fire hydrants and valves were also replaced as part of the project. The pipelines were installed parallel to existing line so that service could be maintained to customers with minimal disruptions. Testing, flushing and disinfection were completed prior to taking the old lines out of service and making the connections to the new line. Asphalt roadway patching and re-vegetation of disturbed areas were also included.
